Yes, vehicles that are 7 years old or newer and requiring a full-day service, diagnostics, or repairs may qualify for a loaner vehicle. Drivers must be at least 25 years old and carry full-coverage insurance. Please contact us for more details. 
If your vehicle does not qualify for a loner, we can provide a rental vehicle through Enterprise at a discounted rate while your service or repairs are being completed. Please contact us for more information.
Yes, customers are welcome to wait in our lounge for appointments lasting three hours or less. Please contact your Motoring Advisor for additional details.
Yes, we offer Lyft service to help get you to and from the dealership upon request. Complimentary rides are available within a 10-mile radius of our location. Wait times may very depending on the type of service your vehicle requires. 
The best way to ensure your service needs are fully met is by calling to speak directly with one of our representatives. If you choose to schedule online, please expect a follow-up call within 24 hours to confirm the details of your appointment. 
After hours, please park your vehicle outside the service department located at the back of our building. A night drop envelope is available near the first door. Fill out the form completely, place your key inside the envelope, and drop it into our secure drop box. 
For basic maintenance services-such as oil changes, brake fluid service, filter replacements, and spark plug replacement-customers can typically expect a wait time of 2 to 3 hours, depending on the number of services requested. Please note that your chosen transportation arrangement may affect how long we retain your vehicle. 
MINI vehicles manufactured in 2002 or later are equipped with condition-based service intervals. This system monitors your driving habits and vehicle usage to determine when maintenance is needed, meaning service may be required sooner or later than average. Most models typically need an oil service once a year or when prompted by your MINI. We recommend relying on your vehicles Service Indicator Light or Service Interval System to know when it's time to schedule service.
